
Amanda Louise Holden, born on the 16th of February, 1971, is an English actress and media personality. She has served as an adjudicator in Britain's Got Talent, an ITV talent competition since 2007. On weekday mornings she hosts Heart Breakfast radio with Jamie Theakston. Holden was raised in Portsmouth in Hampshire. She spent the majority of her youth in Bishop's Waltham. When she was nine she joined the Bishop's Waltham Little Theatre Company. Holden was also in TV in three seasons of Kiss Me Kate, starring Caroline Quentin and Chris Langham. She was also participant in three ITV series The Grimleys and Celeb with Harry Enfield episodes. A Boxing Day special Agatha Christie's Marple episode "4.50 From Paddington", starring Geraldine McEwan as well as John Hannah. In Ready When You Are Mr. McGill by Jack Rosenthal, she starred alongside Bill Nighy, Tom Courtenay and Aleha Dixon. Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams are judges on Britain's Got Talent. She was the judge on Britain's Got Talent between 2006 until 2006.
