Kristen Anne Bell (1980) is a popular American singer and actor. Bell was raised in Huntington Woods, Michigan, and is the daughter of Lorelei (Frygier) and is an RN as well as Tom Bell, a television news director. Her ancestry is Polish (mother) and German, English, Irish, and Scottish (father). Kristen realized her potential within the industry of entertainment when she was just a teenager. When she was in 1992, she was the first to go to an audition. She was given a part in Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell 13, who was 13 at the time her mother enrolled up for an agent, was also cast in TV and newspaper advertisements. In addition to taking private lessons, she began her acting career at that time. Bell had a small uncredited performance as a character Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell was part of the drama and musical club in Shrine Catholic High School. She won the starring role as Dorothy in her high school's production of The Wizard of Oz. Bell was then transferred in New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She studied musical theater at the Tisch School of the Arts. Bell quit university in 2001, and began taking on the role Becky in the film Tom Sawyer. The same year she appeared in Pootie Tang however, the scene where she made an appearance was cut. As a result, the credit sequence is all that exists. Bell played featured in the Broadway revival of The Crucible starring Liam Neeson and Angela Bettis.
