Lofaso has teamed up with Penguin to release The Busy mom's Cookbook 100 recipes for Fast Delicious home-cooked Meals in the year 2012. The book also talks about her struggles while raising Xea and studying at The French Culinary Institute. Lofaso believes that her successes stem from her love of cooking and she is in a position to stay on the pulse of this industry by focusing in the kitchen.
